How does your pricing work?

We offer the option to pay upfront or a payment plan 50% remainder that can be paid on the end date OR when the project is complete (whichever comes first).

Is my initial deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

How do I get started?

Quickest way to get started is to schedule a booking consultation. This will allow us to see if we’re a match for your project.

Do you offer course migration?

Yes! We can migrate and refresh the design of an existing course. For more details sign up for consult and we can discuss in further detail.

Custom projects? Tech support?

We’re open to custom projects and tech support on case by case basis project schedule permitting.

What is the upkeep after the project is done?

The upkeep depends on your platform but is usually pretty minimal as we aim to use platforms that won’t add to your already full todo list. While the platform itself won’t need any maintenance your product (course or membership site) might need support so please be prepared to upload your content as needed, check analytics and assist customers with logging in (or any issues that may arise).

Can’t I just set up my own Online Course? Why Shouldn’t I just DIY it?

You absolutely can DIY your course. There are lots of great free and paid resources out there. However if you aren’t prepared to drop everything you’re doing and spend several weeks reviewing platforms, learning platforms, integrating and testing on top of making your content and creating a marketing strategy it will take you years to get it done. I say that from speaking to people who have tried the DIY route and never finished. Work with me with absolutely cut your time in half.

Who is this for?

We work with coaches, consultants, authors, service providers and experts who are passionate about teaching what they know. We also work with Agencies who are supporting clients with course creation projects. You can add us to your team!

What tools and programs does your team use?

We’d love to know every platform under the sun but there are too many and more being added every month. We primarily work with Teachable and Thinkific but are working on expanding to AccessAlly and Memberspace. If you’re using any of these platforms we’d love to work with you.

How much should I expect to invest in creating an online course?

This is an excellent question! The answer is it depends. However, the every course needs is a learning management system. These typically have a monthly cost (can be paid annually) this will be your on going investment. The amount of money you invest in the creation and marketing of the course is up to your discretion.

How long does the process take?

We offer a one day set up which is completed literally in a day. If we hit any technical snags we try to resolve them as quickly as possible. But you’re never more than a day or two from having your course complete and ready to sell. Even with our quick turn around we do suggest planning ahead. Our full set up and extra touches usually takes a few weeks (3-4 weeks).

We can give you an accurate answer after we assess your project.

Do you offer marketing strategy?

While I do have a background in marketing and I draw upon this knowledge from time to time I do not provide marketing strategy. But I can provide recommendations of marketers who would be more than happy to collaborate with us.

Will you maintain my course, membership or training portal after launch?

Currently I do not offer ongoing maintenance services but included in every large website package is 2 hours of training (via Zoom) and/or 1 additional hour of in-person training (if living locally) to go over every part of your site and how to manage it. A Help Guide PDF is also included in your website package.
